Boost your immunity

Boost your immune system this winter while using home-grown produce.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange (peeled and quartered)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 knob ginger
  • Coconut water

Method

  1. Peel ginger, banana, carrots and orange.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender. Serve with ice.
