Avocado dip
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives
- 250gm cream cheese
- 10gms olive oil
- 10gms lemon/lime juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Method
- Add garlic and chives to a food processor (or Thermomix) chop until fine.
- Add all other ingredients and process for 30 seconds, scrape down sides and repeat.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
