Porridge balls with fruit or veg
Ingredients
- 1 cup of quick oats
- ¼ cup of milk of your choice
- ¾ cup of fruit or vegetable puree of your choice (good options include apple, pear, blueberry, sweet potato or pumpkin or a combination)
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Method
- Place all ingredients in small saucepan and cook on stove on low heat until mixture becomes thick and sticky. Remove from heat to cool.
- Roll teaspoon or tablespoon sized balls using your hands.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2-3 days or in the freezer for 1 month.
