Smooth use of fruit

Why not use up your fruit with this delicious and healthy smoothie bowl?

Makes 1 serve

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 stalks of rhubarb, diced
  • ½ pear, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • ½ apple, thinly sliced
  • Handful of oats
  • Handful of almonds

Method

  1. Cook pear and rhubarb with a splash of water in a pan on the stove. Once cooked add honey and stir.
  2. Remove from the heat and blend in a food processor with yoghurt. Place in a bowl.
  3. Lightly toast apple, oats and almonds in the oven for 5 minutes and arrange on top of smoothie bowl.
