Smoothie bowl
Makes 1 serve
Ingredients
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- 2 stalks of rhubarb, diced
- ½ pear, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoon honey
- ½ apple, thinly sliced
- Handful of oats
- Handful of almonds
Method
- Cook pear and rhubarb with a splash of water in a pan on the stove. Once cooked add honey and stir.
- Remove from the heat and blend in a food processor with yoghurt. Place in a bowl.
- Lightly toast apple, oats and almonds in the oven for 5 minutes and arrange on top of smoothie bowl.
