Banana chia pudding

You won't be able to help falling in love with this Elvis chia pudding for breakfast or snack on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (no added sugar)
  • dark chocolate chips to garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Blend banana until smooth. Add to a bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  3. Serve in a bowl or takeaway bowl for breakfast or a snack on the go.
