Banana chia pudding
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (no added sugar)
- dark chocolate chips to garnish (optional)
Method
- Blend banana until smooth. Add to a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Serve in a bowl or takeaway bowl for breakfast or a snack on the go.
